I don't think I've seen C&J offer this before:

That is a beautiful shoe.

What is the best way to correct water stains from being out in the rain on C&J’s scotch grain leather? Should I use some Saphir renovated? Just use my brown shoe cream as usual? Wipe with vinegar and water?

I’ve read a number of contradictory things online so I thought I’d check here since many of you have experience with this exact leather.

Thanks in advance!

Vinegar does the trick for me (several wipes if necessary), just be sure to condition after because it'll dry out the leather

Hi,
Is Oiled Sides leather good for winter in rain and snow conditions? I am thinking about it for next MTO boots. Do you have clue if C&J have another colors of it? Teak is nice but I would like to have a bit darker brown or black.

If it’s just rain it will work out over time. For an actual stain i usually start with renovator or crème universelle plus creme polish which will get rid of most of it, and I just accept the rest as patina.

Agreed, a very nice butterfly loafer. It's certainly an exclusive model for New & Lingwood.

I would prefer it in calf leather though.

Thank you. Do you dilute the vinegar at all?
Also, by a couple of wipes, do you mean that you wipe and let dry, then wipe again if necessary?
