Broguing is larger on the Cardigan. I’ve counted the holes, there’s less on the Cardigan.
I’ve got two pair of boots on the 375 last. Lots of toe room. You can have a party in there. I wore my Pembrokes today, not uncomfortable but less toe room.

a very nice focus on country shoes & boots.
I like for instance the denver in hatch grain.

but, what a pity, everything on the lasts for duck feeted...

makes sense for a AW collection where people will be wearing layers and heavy socks

I like those for the style and the leather. They could be great boots, but at the moment I’m a bit ‘aproned’ out. They get my vote but not my money!

Hello Satmoche and colleagues,

would you actually wear such a sleek derby boot, like the "Northcote", also with a suit? I like the idea of a stylish and sleek boot with a dainite rubber sole now for the bad weather in Frankfurt. I take my Charlton balmorals out today, but they also have a leather sole.

The "Northcote" in dark brown or black calf leather, no country or hatch grain, or the "Perth" in dark brown with a dainite sole, would be my robust yet stylish boot option for winter with a flanell suit.

You opinions are highly appreciated.

I remember, we have discussed the skills of northcote boots some days ago. (#31,118 and following)

their style is very versatile: I like northcote as hefty commando boots with rubber soles to denims or corduroy. but they are of a somewhat elegant shape on their chiseled last 348, so you can wear them to dress trousers / suits as well.

The broguing looks more like a Cheaney. I prefer smaller punching but that's just my opinion.
