Cancelled the MTO I mentioned a few pages back - apparently, it costs an extra £50 on top of the MTO mark-up to build a boot with veldtschoen construction. Found this out after placing the order and having pushed back (via C&J) against the factory's reluctance to make the boot initially. Twice.

This put the overall price at the bottom end of the EG sphere and this, coupled with the fact that I needed them by Chritmas, meant that EG have got my custom for this pair...

I had the opportunity to buy a pair for $250 but passed. Too plain and resembles a red wing working boot which doesn't go we'll with my really important, desk job, office culture

I've got it in dark brown rough-out, not sure if it's the same as the one linked. Good boot, I've treated mine like a workboot and it's been more than up to the job.

If you're after something a little less rugged after some wear, I'd check that the boot linked is actually suede as opposed to rough-out as they will wear very differently (and a lot of people mistake the two). Looks like suede in the pics though, to be fair.

I have various C&J lasts - all in UK8.5E.

Is last 365 TTS?

I'd say so, both my pairs in 365 are TTS.

Is rough-out the same as nubuck?

Nope, rough-out is simply reversed calf - the rough side, on the outside. It takes on something of a 'distressed' look with wear, and isn't something that's normally associated often with English footwear.
