At that price, at near 8 hundred dollars, you need more details than ‘made in England’. Crockett & Jones have a similar ankle chelsea boot in their autumn range. I believe it is called the ‘Deene’. It comes in dark brown pebble grain and plain black. I’m pretty sure it would work out a better deal for you to buy directly from the company. At just over £400, subtracting the VAT, adding shipping costs from England, I imagine you would get the Deene boots for around $500. With the money you save, get yourself a new coat on me.
Islay day today. I actually treated these with Obenauf HDLP a few years ago. Still very water resistant.

That isn’t the right reply. The correct reply is liking my comment and thanking me for saving you $300. Seriously, I know nothing of this Paul Stuart. I do know that Ralph Lauren sell a chelsea boot made by Crockett & Jones for close to a thousand dollars. Guess what, an almost IDENTICAL boot is available at Crockett & Jones, Handgrade, for £570. Again, as a non-EU citizen, subtract VAT, add around £20 shipping, and you have the boots for around $650 or less. The only difference is that you don’t get the Ralph Lauren name. You get Crockett & Jones, which is far more desirable in my book. You know it makes sense. But it wouldn't have the Paul Stuart mystique

Crockett & Jones don’t have a mystique in your neck of the woods? That's all well and good, but what about the mystique?
Crockett & Jones don’t have a mystique in your neck of the woods?
^^^Look great! Are they unlined?
