Turn-up style pants? One ebay suit auction emphasized that the pants were "turn-up" style.
What the heck does that mean? TIA.

hm, thanks. The pictures were quite fuzzy and I coulnd't really tell if they were cuffed or not. I had this crazy thought that maybe they were cuffed inwardly or something. yeah that makes no sense

Once again we have a communication problem because of the difference between British English and American English.
