I am 6'1" with a 28" waist. I just bought some very slim flat front wool pants on ebay and need to get them hemmed. They are going to be cut with a little break but I am unsure how I should have the cuffs done. Would a .5 - .75 inch cuff look bad? I want them to pull down a little bit, but not too much to the point where I look like a banker. Would this be a bad idea?

WAY too small for someone of your height. Big cuffs are fashionable at present, even on shorter people like me. I sometimes wear 2" cuffs. Someone of your height could easily wear 2" cuffs. If there isn't enough cloth at the ends for this, skip cuffs altogether.

Traditionally, 1.25 inches is as small as you go with cuffs.

I think 2" would probably make my pants look like curtians.
