Just picked up some Jil Sander pants with the pockets sewn shut. Are they meant to remain this way, or should I open them up. I can feel the little bag in there.

eh, sorry to be an ass. yeah, you unstitch the pockets. IIRC, they stitch them so the pants keep their silhouette, causing you to look secksay in the mirror when you try them, causing you to buy them. i guess if you wouldn't use the pockets anyway, you could keep them stitched.
