Quick Jantzen question re: fit

I'm trying to make some changes to my Jantzen measurements for the next order, and am wondering about the best way to do it.

The chest on the shirt seems to be fine, as well as the sleeve length. However, it's tight across the back to the point where if I bring my arms forward, my sleeves come up about 3" and I really stress the fabric on the back.

I grabbed the pic below (borrowed from another SF member

) just to show where the fit is tight.

If it's tight across the marked area below, is it a shoulder measurement issue? Or is it low enough that it's both a chest and shoulder measurement issue? Maybe even a sleeve length issue?

Thanks for your help.

Your shoulder measurement looks ok. You might want to consider side pleats to provide some additional slack for movement.

I should have been more clear. I swiped that pic from another SF member's Jantzen thread just so I could show where the fit is tight. (I have no idea how to take a picture of my back and have it look normal, since there's no one else in this house to take the pic.)

Yes, the shirt I have has side pleats. Do you have any opinion on what measurement most effects that line across the back?

Perhaps increase your shoulder measurement by a quarter to half an inch to give some breathing room.
