Quick Charvet Update.

Without re-opening the can of worms, I just wanted to express how gracious Mr. Colban of Charvet has been. He was generous enough to send me this card-case even though I asked him not to over-extend himself. Great personal/customer service.

Mods: feel free to lock/delete this if it starts to become a rehash of the old thread. IMO all that needs to be said has been said on that front.​

this was extremely well handled by Charvet. Unnecessary but well handled. This makes me want to buy something from them.

What happened here? Can somebody fill me in? woeisme was pissed off because he wasn't let into charvet and all of a sudden he gets a card? Did charvet come to SF and read his thread? What am I missing?
