I've hesitated to buy a sterling silver money clip for a while now because over time the metal will bent and somewhat lose its shape. I'm just wondering if there is a way to bend it back as it starts to lose shape? Thanks.

It sounds as if you need a bigger and sturdier money clip - congratulations!

Silver used as a flat/blade spring will eventually break from the repeated bending and flexing. This can take several years, though. C'est la vie.

If it gets bent out of shape, you can bend it carefully back yourself, or have a goldsmith do it for you, utilising heat if it's bad. Heat will normally make the metal stiffer, less springy and more prone to break.
