Questions about shoes size

I have come across a few shoe brands in parisian gentleman's blog and is planning to buy them. However, I live in Thailand and there are no stores or boutiques over here. Therefore, I am having a friend in London pick up those shoes for me.

The models I'm looking into are

Altan Lace Up Boot

Altan Chelsea Boot

Bontoni Oxford


Carmina Oxford



My questions would be..
1. What size should I buy?
2. Which lasts should I buy for each shoe?
3. Are they comfortable?


Also note that I wear a UK size of 8 for most of my sneakers and loafers. But my Berluti Lorenzos are in 7.5 as well as my Dolce Oxfords.

More helpful would be what is your Brannock size and do you happen to wear any other dress shoes in a more common Last and what size are those?

My Brannock size is a 42.

This one is a size 7.




This one is an 8.
