questions about Kingsman x George Cleverley at Mr.Porter

Hey! I was wondering if any of you had experience with Mr. Porters Kingsman x George Cleverley line.

I have heard they are made by an assortment of English shoemakers, yet for example, the suede penny loafers linked below say that "these penny loafers have been handmade at the shoemaker's English workshop from dark-grey suede."

I would be grateful if any of you could shed some light to this. Am wondering if they are good value for the price, say vs Carmina. But its hard to make a judgement without knowing who makes the shoe. Any input would be helpful! Thanks!

George Cleverley is a very respected English shoemaker, so I would assume they made the line for Mr Porter. Quality should be a step (or more) above Carmina.

The kingsman line is made by Alfred sargent.

I have GC Taron boots and they are made by Alfred Sargent. The quality is the same as Exclusive range Cambridge boots.
