Question on made to measure suit fit

I've gotten a suit from propersuit. I've been really happy with how the local shop has been dealing with the fit issues so far. As you can see below it seems to me like there is an issue with puckering on the back near the armpit. The guy thought it was fine, but he is happy to work on it.

What do you think: fine or fix it? Any sense of what is causing it?

Either you have very sloping shoulders, or you are not standing properly. I would try this again and stand up more straight and re-take pics. However, if this is your normal stance, you would need to get this fixed, but that will not be an easy fix.

Stand up straight. Shoulders back, chest out.
