Question on determining if this is orphaned or not

I recently purchased Kiton dress trousers off of ebay. However, how do I determine if these were regular trousers or trousers apart of a suit? I know a suit jacket would indicate if there is a "drop", which would mean there were pants. However, I don't see anything on the pants indicating if there was a jacket.

Your opinions are appreciated.

Cheers

Are you asking because you're nervous about wearing them?

What is the colour / pattern and fabric of the trousers?

It's a solid dark brown Kiton trouser. Just solid. Using this as a staple

If it's a solid, who the hell cares?

The question is not so much whether the trousers are orphaned from a suit but whether they are a suitable color and fabric for odd trousers. Solid dark brown is a reasonable color for odd trousers. It would be preferable if they had some texture rather than being a smooth worsted.

I checked and I'm sure these are worsted and not texture.

Don't worry.

It's KITON. KITON

That's all there's to it.

People that question you, look at you funny, just tell them it's KITON

An example would be: "I've got on a pair of Kiton, what you got there? Banana Republic?

Sit the f*ck down you loser!"
