Question on business casual shoes

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to get a pair of business casual shoes for my father for Christmas. He used to be an athlete in his youth and has some ankle/knee injuries, so he needs very comfortable shoes because he travels a lot for his current job. In your opinion, what are some comfortable business casual shoes? And I'm on a tight budget, hopefully it's something under $150, but I'll go up to $200. I've only had good experiences with Sperry shoes, but wanted to get others' opinions as well.
