Damn, I don't come on here for a few weeks and I come back to a thread that went a page and a half with talk of Mark Nason, crocodile shoes and roach killer pointy things until someone stepped up to the plate. I thought SF was invaded by A jacks.

Those shoes jet has are very nice, but im new to all this. What exactly makes that a good jean shoe as opposed to a dress shoe? Those look like they could pass for a shoe i would wear with a suit.

Id say dresshoes works just fine with slimmer jeans - preferbly raw/black or really bleached in summer. However -no offense- BUT the pointy-shoes is "kind-of-2003". Go for less pointy ones now when its 2008.

[IMG] Allen Edmonds Westgate in either black or brown depending on the look you are going for are my pick for shoes that go well with jeans.
