Looking to buy a nice casual collared shirt. Something I can wear un-tucked...from the photos I cannot tell if the shirts are meant to be tucked in or not. They all seem like business shirts to me though...Secondly..what would a chest size of 40 translate in to for a neck size? I am in between a Medium and large so should I go for 15.5 or 16 ?
