Question: How many posts must I have to my credit to create a thread on B&S?

Sorry if this is a common question. I took a brief look around to see if it's explained in any "help" section, but that effort was to no avail. I've been a member for only a short period of time, but have been fairly active and have already purchased items from members "HalfCanvas" and "DocHolliday." I have some very nice items I'd like to run by the members before posting them to eBay. Anyway, thanks for any assistance.
