If I'm selling an item that has a store tag on it (e.g., the Neiman Marcus price tag), but it does not have the actual brand tags (e.g., the Ermenegildo Zegna tags), is it okay to still list this item as NWT, or should it be listed as NWOT?

Yes, sell it NWTs. I will sell an item NWTs if it has either the store tag or the manufacturer's tag on it.
