How versatile is the double-breasted jacket below? Could I wear it with wool trousers and a tie/bowtie like the model in the picture for a wedding, and could I wear it in a more casual setting with a OCBD shirt/sweater/denim? Thanks!

True double breasted blazers are more difficult to dress down than single breasted versions, in my view.

But then again, I dislike virtually everything about that picture.

Can vs. should. It can be worn with many items, but probably not with denim, due to similarity in color.

+1

But I'll give it a shot - light or mid grey trousers, light blue shirt, tasteful tie, brown shoes

That's a pretty conservative route to creating an outfit around it

Definitely, I wear double breasted with dark jeans and some double monks...linen and cotton blend make it easy to try it differently...
