I went to check the dress shirts, and selected my size; 16, but, there is no sleeve length...
How do I know the sleeve lengths???

They are European sized, which come in a single sleeve length. All I know is that for my neck size, 16&1/2 (European size 42), the sleeve length is 36 inches. If I like the shirt enough and the price is right, I buy it and have the sleeves shortened to my length. I believe that the length on the size 16 (European 41) is the same. Anyway, Lance is very responsive. Send him an e-mail and he'll tell you the exact sleeve length.
