Question about Jantzen...

I want to send a sample shirt in to Jantzen. I sent them an email a few days ago but did not receive a response. I have also been trying to call them but no answer

How do I send the sample shirt to them and let them know that the fabrics I choose are to be made in that size? In other words, how do I "link" the sample shirt I send them to the fabrics I choose?

you could send a note with the shirt stating which fabrics you want.

Yes, I talked to David at their store last night. He asked me to send all my info with the shirt and he will email me when he receives my sample shirt and show me how to place the order online.

He seemed very willing to answer my questions and help me out. Looking forward.

Have you tried calling them or just email? They didn't respond to my email either.

In my experience, if someone is lack in their response, they are lack in their business practice. Buyer beware.

in the states it may be true, but in asia it's sometimes a whole 'nother ballgame.

Did you just send them a sample shirt and a printed order, or did you order over the internet and send them a note letting them know you would send them a sample to work off?

I have not sent it in yet, but I am supposed to send them my shirt with my contact info (address, phone and email). According to David, they will email me and then I will give the order online.

I plan to send my shirt at the end of this week.
