Which restaurants serves both, quenelles n, iles flottantes ? Benoit has quenelles but no, iles flottantes and, I wish to eat both for, national dog day. I could eat quenelles at, Benoit and travel to Orsey to have iles flottantes but, it doesn't seem elegant to split my meal, like that. Do you know one which, serves both?

1) try grub hub or equivalent delivery service.
B) Order and pick up yourself, eat in the car.

Have you tried the cassoulet at Benoit?

The almond crumble on Iles Flottantes is a deal breaker for me at Orsay

I have been spoiled by having a perfect Iles Flottantes (my opinion) at a local French restaurant. Would have it about once a week. No one else makes it as well. Can't order it anywhere and be happy. Same thing happened with Osso Buco but at an Italian restaurant.

Hello friend, I like your suggestion but, perhaps the best suggestion would be, to have the dessert delivered to, the restaurant you're main meal is at ?

Most the food at Orsay, is not so great and, I agree about the flottantes. Did you ever go to Orsay, when it was the legend of Mortimer's ?

I had the quenelles today, at Benoit, I found them dry and, the rice tasted of parboiled. I considered having their baba, with Armagnac not rum, which is always excellent but didn't as, I'm avoiding alcohol. I have not had the cassoulet there , and don't eat the land meat (aside from snails on occassion ) now, but did have it at La Sirene, which was good. They also have a flouttantes there, and also it has an, unneeded garnish of which, I don't remember . Have you been, to La Sirene? You can pay there, with Bitcoin.
