I've ordered some free fabric swatches from them, which is cool that they offer it, but other companies don't so that only gets me so far for comparison. They say they use 100% italian wool, which is a step up from the stuff like BR that mix polyester in, but how are they as far as 100% wool quality goes?

I cant comment on their wool vis-a-vis others', but I can say that I have been impressed by the sturdiness of their wares in the past. I had a toggle-coat that lasted for ages through some pretty rough & tumble treatment, and now, on my younger brother's back, it still looks like new.

I have their wool car coat. I like the styling and I think its a very good value, but definitely lower quiality than you will get with cashmere blends. Then again - it was only $160 and the wool cashmere blends that I like are typically $500 - $600.

Not in my experience except perhaps at end-of-season sales.
