I get mine from Hilditch & Key. The quality is obviously as good as their shirts.
I think Turnbull & Asser and New & Lingwood make pyjamas, too.

Alex, the swiss cotton pajamas are lovely, but the knitted pjs look a little too much like medical scrubs for my taste.
