Was approached by a Company representative admiring my Chan (or my good looks).

http://businessarmour.com/

Thoughts? (I have zero affiliation with this company nor am I trying to promote them). Curious as to whether any of you believe they have a viable way of marketing and differentiating themselves.

Don't like the "The Black Travel Suit" as their opening YouTube video nor the description of the various suits under "The Collection" tab. I also don't like the concept analogizing a suit with armor. Apparently the best "fabrication" comes from Italy (construction outside of Shanghai). What happened to English fabrics?

I can't believe I just read their descriptions. I think I could have done a better jobs writing up different scenarios in 20 minutes.

edit- all the photos make the suits look awful too.

The different suits and accompanying pictures remind me of the sales pitch for Prestige Worldwide in the movie "Step Brothers."

The Collection is epic. POWER SUITS. Haven't seen the videos yet but I'm looking forward to it.

Looks flashy, try-hard and hollow.

I wouldn't wear one.

Edit: Jesus that guy is a tool.

The video was fairly nasty - certainly the suiting looked it, and having what sounded like vintage Shirley Bassey playing as the sound track didn't help the lack-of-class factor.

I was wondering why they had such a dorky model in the video, until I saw that he was the creative director. 'Nuff said.

Their "tuxedo" is awful. That whole website is an embarrassment.

actually, i found the capsule descriptions of the various suits both amusing and thought-provoking, and in at least several cases, he's on to something. points at least for trying.

i do think though that he should not be modeling his own suits, and that the brand is not very appealing (anything with the word "armor" in it sounds like something that contains spandex and should be sold at Sports Authority).

Didn't really read any of the stuff on the site, but the layout of the site is awful.
My first impression is that it looks like one of those "Stay at home mom make $23235 a week" or "Stay at home mom discovers miracle weightloss diet" spam.

the videos are hilariously contrived.

Also, let me translate some italian to impress upon you the supreme importance of shoulder and back measurment to achieve proper fit... while wearing a jacket with terrible shoulder fit.
