After 26 years on the planet, out of the blue I'm starting to get pimples on my face! They not huge, just pinhead sized, pus-filled, nasty things! WTF? What could be causing them to appear all of sudden? I didn't have a sudden diet change, still wash my sheets etc.

1. Wash your pillowcase so you have a fresh start
2. Give your face a wash (cleanser) before going to sleep, and once a week exfoliate to remove dead cells/bacteria that clog pores

As to "WTF", it could be some adult onset something or other to worry about, or it could just be nothing. Try washing more and if nothing's cleared up in 1-2 weeks, then maybe look into it further...

PS - I'm no expert on this stuff, I just occasionally get something similar and it's usually just a clenliness issue

what color are they? are they clogged pores? when you squeeze, do you get a disgusting, clear-amber-brown "nugget"...I get those more often now, I should scrub more and use astringent, i think that would help alot.

Actually, sound like an allergic reaction, did you eat anything weird or get bitten by an insect?

I remember a few years back, I got bittem by a mosquito and had a reaction like this, i needed to take antibiotics. It was an isolated case tho, im not usually allergic to them.

If they're white and filled with pus, I usually pop them then apply a 50/50 water and apple cider vinegar solution afterwards. The acv + water seems to get rid of the redness (althought it may sting a little) faster.
