I have definitely bought things before knowing that if they didn't work out, there was always B&S. This has helped cut down on regretted purchases.

Other than that, I'd say a few tailored items from low-end traveling tailors. Just a waste of money. A learning experience, but I'd much rather have the cash and have never tried them.

I've noticed that the general consensus around here is "do eet" when it comes to questions re: purchasing anything short of clown shoes.

I think I am going to save my $20 for a case of beer instead.

Damnit Ed!

luft, I think that is a handsome shooting suit and wider lapels are making a comeback. Would be a nice piece to own and wear from time-to-time, especially if it fits and for $20.

Natually. However, the shooting suit has very little use in my urban lifestyle. Or maybe I'll start a new gang of suited gentlemen. Instead of mugging people and taking their money, we'll mug them and force them to dress properly. Rather than 9mms, we'll carry 12 gauges. Call ourselves the "Sators." I think there's a new gang in town, gents. EDIT: It's brilliant to search "shooting suit" via google. One clearly sees the continental divide. All of the American results are about firearms and lawsuits. The English results are all marvelous shots of men out shooting, or links to custom clothiers in Britain.

A particularly pleasing color combination can wreak havoc with my commitment to purchase only well made clothing.

Two pairs of John Madden dress shoes. The shoes are exactly what I was looking for but I didn't feel like waiting to get two size 12s I got two size 11s. They become so uncomfortable after an hour of wear. They cost me $140 each pair and at the time I was making **** money so they were a big expense and a big disappointment.

Very few things I will buy online. I was just looking at luggage online and was ready to buy it. After going to a department store and checking out that luggage I went with a different brand and am much happier for not buying online.
