We almost bought one of those for our dog - looks like yours love them. My wife and I have been exchanging pre-Christmas gifts and our dog loves to tear open the wrapping paper and boxes.

I was going to say something about whether one of your dogs names was really "Alden" until I saw the comment in your post

When I saw the tag, the first thing I thought was "What are the other names?"

Those were certainly very sweet, docile dogs.

If you had put down three big rawhide chews like that among any three of my dogs, there would have been blood on the moon! Rawhide, I and many other owners find, tends to really bring out the dominant, primordial beast in a dog. I have seen normally friendly dogs turn vicious with each other over rawhide. I have even had dogs that were normally loving and obedient even get ugly and challenging toward me after receiving rawhide. As one of my dogwise friends said, "Rawhide is serious business!"

My wife and I went through those trials and tribulations earlier with the big female you see, the yellow one. I had to let her know a couple times that any growl or signs of aggression toward humans is unsat. They all get the picture now. We still test her sometimes, by using rawhide, etc, to make sure she still knows not to growl.
