I'm just about ready to pull the trigger on my first AE shoe the
Suede McClain. It's about $200 but for an extra $125 would the Cambridge be a better shoe?

since you're willing to pay for the full price cambridge, may I suggest the drummond mink suede on the c&j 348 last for about the same amount

...maybe get the one that fits you the best?

If it fits, the AE McClain is not bad.

However, IMHO the C & J is the most attractive--by far.
