NJ is requiring online companies to collect sales tax as well?

Edit: Nevermind, it looks like they have company facilities in New Jersey.

So when the tax shows up at the checkout (Estimated Sales Tax)... you don't get charged for it?

It's legal and makes sense. Yoox has an office in New York, and thus they have to charge for sales tax throughout the state of New York.

They also have a warehouse in New Jersey, and that's why they need to charge sales tax there.

I had this issue a few weeks back.

Estimate tax showed up on the check out. I had to call up and speak with someone to have it removed.

They made it sound like it as a glitch in the system.

Pain in the a** but, worth it to save 70-80%.

I ordered from them a week ago. They charged me sales tax but refunded it automatically after 2 days of shipping it out.
