• CALLING ON HOME SEWERS TO HELP HEALTHCARE WORKERS FIGHTING COVID-19

The lack of proper masks, gowns, and eyewear equipment is making it difficult for health workers to do their work fighting the novel coronavirus. In a recent New York Times article, medical workers said they were worried about how they can both fight the coronavirus without imperiling themselves, as well as their loved ones when they go back home.

If you are a home sewer, please consider helping my joining Hickey Freman Technical Vice President Jeffery Diduch in his effort to produce and deliver homemade gowns and masks to medical professionals in the greater Rochester, New York Area. Read about how you can help here

I want to like the Derby boots, because I know they are beautifully constructed... but I just can't. Something about the low profile towards the toe has always seemed off to me.

STP always has 30% off coupons if you sign up for their email list. Someone can use the code YBZ5379H for 30% off, may only work once.

I prefer the Alfred Sargent version.

But the price is great. $100 cheaper than you see on pediwear or even on ebay

Oh, and some one posted a 30% code in that other thread too.

Yeah, I think the wingtip is from the cheaper Corniche line. I ordered a shoe from STP with the same item number a couple years back and returned it because the leather was disappointing for the price.

The boots, though, are great. As others have mentioned they run quite wide.
