Saks in NE Ohio, a.k.a. Beachwood, has 50% the CLEARNANCE price through the end of today. I realize that this is short notice. They had a wonderful plaid Canali sportcoat in 44L for $250 that I had to talk myself out of. If you're in the market for a nice pair of house brand corduroy, they had them for $45.

They had plenty of nice silk knit ties for $15/ea. Also ties from Charvet and Brioni for around $45.

Happy Hunting!

Having a Saks is one of the few redeeming factors going for Cleveland.

Not really. The only thing I could ever buy there would be socks.

There are some great shoe deals out there. A few days ago, I saw a pair of dark brown suede, apron front, split toe (I think) Kitons in size 8.5 at the Saks in Beverly Hills. They were marked down to something like $600 from $2,400.

I think they were Kiton 8.5, which, if I remember correctly, would be too big for you. You could give them a call, though. I can't remember the name of the salesman, but we talked for several minutes about those Kitons. He was pretty surprised they hadn't sold yet.

Thanks Z. If they are Kiton 8.5s, they are at least a US 9.5, more likely a US 10.
