You know I would, although it would not be the same laughter that I imagine you and your old boys share when you get together.

You're buying a classic engine-turned buckle and belt? How'd a nitwit like you get so tasteful?

It'll look great with that Abercrombie button-down.

Saw this thread this morning and just ordered one. Now I'm wondering if I should get the alligator belt to go with, seeing that it is hard to find that particular type? Seems like a decent price for alligator from what I've seen elsewhere.

Anyone care to comment as to the quality and look of their alligator belts?

PS, took the leap and got their brown alligator belt. The discount code chopped off another $40 and its free shipping since its over $175. From $425 to $236 out the door isn't bad.

I have that exact buckle with the RLPL black American Alligator strap - I love it.

It is not engraved - where can I get it engraved? It is attached to the belt.

I assume the two are designed to go together easily. The belt is apparently going to arrive first. I hope I don't have to have any part of the belt cut or sewn in order to get them together. I have never used a slide belt, but I understand the premise. I'll just need them separate at first for engraving obviously.

All thanks to SF group think. I personally don't see anything special looking about that belt buckle. But I guess it is RLPL.

Yeah I didn't see anything special either. In fact, I'm probably better off that I didn't buy it. I'd probably look like a fool wearing it.

The thing I liked about it is that it's sterling silver which I presume will hold up better than some plated buckle.

Its a pretty classic design, Tiffany has been selling them for years. This is just a great deal for it as Tiffany's are over $200.
