A little birdie told me that Saks 5th Avenue will have a "double discount" sale starting Feb 11. For example, if something is 50% off the reduced price, you will then take another 50% off on top of that. Let the bloodbath begin.

that's what I was thinking. I checked yesterday at the SF store and there were just a few items left on discount. Handful of socks a few horrendous shoes, overpriced ties, and a suit or two.

That is unless they put more on sale.

Hmm...I've never found anything great at Saks San Francisco store during their sales, but I'll probably take a long lunch to go check out what's available since I'm a shopaholic on the 11th.

Although I did find a bunch of Jil Sander at like 80% off last week. The only way to find good **** at this point in the NYC one is if stuff gets brought in from other stores.
