For all my fellow countrymen.

I stopped in SuperStore yesterday and ended up picking up a peacoat from their Joe line. Slim fitting, comes in navy or black, 80% wool 20% nylon. $89.95. I'll admit it's not a super-high quality garment (not to say it's crap, it's better than most stuff I've seen in malls), however, it fits, is fairly warm and is cheap.

Here's a pic. For reference I am 6' and weigh about 170 lb. I will put measurements up tonight.

It seems like everything's gone wrong since Canada came along...

Denning, I'm not familiar with this superstore. Where is it? Even after a quick internet search all I get is the Real Canadian Superstore.

Edit: Hah! I just realized that it is the Real Canadian Superstore.

Wow! You may have just saved me $300. I found one the other day here in Saskatoon and I was going to go make the purchase tomorrow..

I will definitely be stopping by SuperStore tomorrow!

As an aside, I am thinking of changing the buttons on the coat. What would you change them to? I am thinking antique metal of some sort, or else a cream or ivory coloured horn.

Know if they carried XS? If thats a small it wouldn't fit me.

I don't think they have XS. Bear in mind with regards to the measurements that that is the outside. The peacoat is fully lined with a quilted lining, so the small might be worth checking out just to see.

Does it come in Leopard print with huge purple buttons? If so, I'd definitely be interested!
