Quick summary.
You need a live cashback account in addition to ebay and paypal.
Find something you want on ebay with BIN.
Add it to your watch list.
Search for something like Wii on live.com.
Click through the 30% cashback link.
Go to your watch list item (there should be a 30% cashback icon) on the page or else it won't work.
Buy your item.
You must pay with paypal.
If all works well, you should get a message that your cashback worked (within a day or so).
You can get the money out of your cashback account after 60 days.

There's a limit on how much you can per purchase ($200 or something like that).
Also there's a limit of 6 purchases I think.

I tried this on ebay to buy a dslr camera....
you have to wait 60 days before you get the money...

i'm on day 20 right now and i must admit that I am very skeptical about it...

i was given some advice that I would like to pass on...

I was told to take screenshots of everypage where it says "eligible" and save it...

Can someone please help me try to use this please?

I'm trying to buy a Black Label suit using this coupon, but I type in Ralph Lauren and other variations but ebay is not coming up in the sponsered search results. Does this mean I can't use this to buy it?

I recommend adding the chosen item (the RLBL suit) to your eBay 'watch' list.
Then go to Live.com (be sure not to log out of eBay).
Search for 'Purple Label' (I did it just a few minutes ago).
An eBay link should be listed (with purple label) in the results.
Click on the link and confirm you have the green 'Microsoft cashback 30%' logo at the top of your screen.
Buy the item under your 'watch' list.
Confirm the green 'Microsoft cashback 30%' logo is still displayed while checking out.

No, you have to register (put in some personal info) for a live.com account in addition to having an eBay account and a paypal account.
All three will be required to complete your purchase.
