Fellows, I saw very nice pair of Hermes shoes, made in Italy (NOT Lobb), at a consignment shop (The Closet on Newbury) in Boston for $260. It's a size 10 blucher, with a captoe, I think unadorned (not punched, medallioned or anything). The leather sole is orange, channelled, welted. Premium construction all around, somewhat boxy last.
New with bags; not a scuff anywhere.
I'd guess $600-$900 retail. See bluefly for prices for other non-Lobb Hermes shoes.
If there's any serious interest in these I could pick them up and sell them here for a minimum of $330 (-10 paypal, -10 shipping leaves me $50 for my troubles).
Alternatively, feel free to snag these yourself if you're in town. I'd appreciate a PM if I tipped you off so's I don't go there for nothing. Also, I don't care if you buy them to sell them (this "IC" business is a little cheap/risk-free way to possibly make money).
Regards,
Ed
