I could wear those loafers even with that much brogueing. But how versatile would be the ghillie?
if you are considering it, it is versatile enough.
Just placed my order for the ghillie only. I hope they fit, shipping was almost 50 USD for Europe + 30 custom fees, I am not planning a return. Still a good deal I hope.
I'm in for the Ghillies too.
They look an awful lot like Magnanni.
Yes, but the interior that is blurred out on the zoom looks a lot like Paul Stuart.
The last time I was at PS the SA stated that Magnanni is one of their contracted manufacturers.
In for the Ghillies and a pair of black Grenson slip ons.
Thanks for that, I had a feeling.
Any experience with the Ghillie sizing? From the body of the listing text, I assume Ron basically sized up by 1/2 by the stamped size?
any thoughts on these? http://www.riderbootshop.com/products/Holden-Dark-Tan.html
I can't decide if they're ugly, too showy, or actually wearable for various occasions. I feel like I only want them because they're $100 and in my size.
The Croc loafers in size 9US (maybe wide 8.5) are available. Contact me for pricing.
Ron has updated available shoes for those interested. Just picked up a few more pairs...
yes he did, thanks for the update. The cordovan medallions are a beut. Just picked up two pairs of these: http://www.riderbootshop.com/products/Balmoral-Boot-Black-Smooth-Calf.html
purchased the 11.5 and 12. Will keep the best fitting pair
