oi polloi is having a free shipping special. worldwide free shipping on orders over £75.

if you aren't in the UK they VAT tax automatically comes off in the cart and with the free shipping the savings can be pretty damn good.

i ordered some stuff last week, but this deal caused me to order some more.

http://www.oipolloi.com/oipolloi/shop/home.php

just enter BOULDERHEAD at checkout for the shipping to come off.

i have nothing to do with oi polloi, just thought i'd share the deal.

Thanks for the PSA. But I've just checked the site out...prices are kinda high imo. Can you point me to the good deals?

i think their prices are pretty much what i'd expect to find at other places. you have to remember that the VAT tax (which can be pretty substantial) is going to come off of the price. so that's like a 15% discount on top of the free shipping.

this place is a small retailer of some pretty great labels, and yes they have some really expensive pieces and some more affordable items. i guess it depends what you are in the market for. i happen to love oi polloi and i have ordered many items from them that i can't find anywhere else. but i understand that their range of products might not be for everyone.

How do you feel about spending money on non-essential goods during the Covid-19 crisis?

  • I don't want to spend money at a time of economic uncertainty, even if I could afford it.

  • I feel compelled to spend to help small businesses that are struggling.

  • I reduced my budget for non-essential goods and I'm not spending at the moment.

  • Not much has changed for me and I'm still buying stuff I can't afford.
