PSA: Decent suede wingtips at ralphlauren.com? $139

Got an email saying they had additional discounts so I checked out their current sales for 30% extra off. Ran across these suede wingtips, made in Italy. Not sure who makes them:

They also have these pebble grain boots, which I thought looked like a good buy. Also made in Italy, no idea who makes them:

What do you think of these shoes? Any idea who makes them? I ended up buying one of each for my shoe collection, since $139 is a great deal if the shoes are half decent, since I really like the look of each of them.

Ugly cheap glued sole nasty leather boots, with a price tag that's still too high. Aldo boots with an RL logo.

The crepe sole weirds me out...

If it was either leather sole or darker brown I would be down...but the combo of the 2 makes it seem like still too much $$$
