I think it is more that is difficult to do the data entry on the return since the receipt from an online purchase is not barcoded and it isn't something they do very often. So probably more just not wanting to involve the manager/look ignorant in front of a customer then "attitude". I agree you should make them deal with it.

Thansk for heads up, got the burgundy chukas just missed out on the black...these go fast!!. Might have been last pair of 10 1/2s in Burgundy.

That and they probably don't want extra inventory,it's just extra work for them for no additional reward.As far as I know SAs work on commissions so returning something does no good for them,but it is part of their job.

I ordered Monday Night(last of the 25% off) and requested overnight shipping-worth the $12.50!
They shipped Tues and recieved Wed/Today.
BB is always excellent with overnight.
Called and had price adjusted to $154.xx.
Very nice shoes for $154
