I don't know exactly what your problem is, but Kotaku and other sources have reported that bad HDMI ports are causing people to get a fuzzy display or no display at all.I'm pretty frustrated with the PS4. I've not been able to get it to display through my receiver. When I first unboxed it I couldn't get it to display when connected directly to the TV either and had to boot into safe mode and update the system software from a flash drive. I've tried everything I can think of to get it to display through the receiver (adjusting all of the video output settings), but to no avail. Does anybody have a suggestion for what to do next?
I love the PS3 so after the bugs shake out if the PS4 is comparable I'll go with that.
The access to Amazon instant video and youtube are my primary use of the device. I did play through The Last of Us this past year and it was an awesome game.
"Winter" was my favourite chapter. Ellie was badass.
