I never thought about mercury poisoning. How much tuna would you have to eat for that to happen? Is 1 can of a tuna per day too much?

I don't think so. I ate one per day (sometimes two) for about two years.

That might have something to do with that metal that's sticking out of your head. Yikes!

Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Mint. It's like drinking freaking thin mints, it's great, and a good bit cheaper than Muscle Milk. I prefer steak though.
Hey bud, where can I find this? GNC? I've been looking for a tasty MR for a long time, and this sounds as good as anything. [IMG] *EDIT*: Oh, and is this what you're referring to: http://www.optimumnutrition.com/pinn...5lbs-86-0.html

It depends on body size and the whole subject is controversial, but a can of tuna per day (or the four or five days per week someone works out) is not a good idea

I guess it boils down to preference. I'd rather eat a can of tuna than chug a protein shake anyday!

Ah I see. Actually GQG has been in IM contact with me for a few days, mulling the decision.

Your body can only digest a finite amount of protein per day, and anything above that will be excreted. I think the recommended amount of protein per day is 0.8-1g per kg of body weight. You should always try to use a mixture of sources for protein. Relying solely on supplements is a bad idea.
