Props to the Zegna Boutique in Beverly Hills

I'd like to pass along another feelgood CS story about a "high end" retail shop.

Over the past year, I've purchased a few pairs of shoes from Zegna. I managed to re-sell 2 of them here b/c of sizing issues, but on the 3rd pair that I had bought, I got a size that also didn't quite work for me. I wore the shoe once (with obvious wear). I had called up the BH store knowing that they had the size I needed. I explained to "Ava Ku" my situation and he told me to just send them over and he'll gladly switch it. Well, lo and behold, the store had shipped off the pair of shoes that I needed to the warehouse and it eventually went to another store. Ava eventually got the shoes back and sent them to me for an exchange. Basically, a pair of (slightly) worn shoes was exchanged for a pair of brand new shoes. This guy went out of his way to help me out and maintained a good level of communication via email. Solid overall experience with that store.

Are your feet really that hard to fit (3 ill fitting shoes, in a year)?

This happened b/c I bought 3 different shoes from 3 different lines of Zegna. I had read how certain lines fit a bit differently than others and made my purchases accordingly.
