Props to Oxford Tailors, San Francisco

I have taken garments for alterations to various places around the City (before learning of SF) over the years, and have generally been as disappointed in them as I have been in most in-store tailors. After reading SF'ers reviews of Oxford, I decided to buy, for the first time, a new suit online. Bought an Isaia from shopthefinest.com, and took it to Oxford. I was very impressed with the gentleman who runs the shop; he was very knowledgeable, had excellent suggestions, and was extremely nice. I picked up the suit yesterday and it was perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience, and the price was very reasonable. He will due all of my alterations in future.

(As I was walking in, Horace Mack, who runs the Borrelli store just down the street, was walking out with finished work.)

Yep. I love Oxford tailors. The owner critiques my suits for me all the time. I send all my valuable clothes to him. All my cheap stuff still goes to tailors closer to me.
