Just got out of a year plus relationship and about a month and half later I'm in another one. Is that ok?

what if I was mentally preparing myself about four months ago and dating was just a formality?

Why not just roll with it and worry about it later if it doesn't work out?

Exactly what I'm going to do. Was just curious as to the forums thoughts.

Isn't it a bit early to tell that this one's also long term?

I never said it was going to be. I meant another relationship.

how the **** are we supposed to know. well if youve been mentally preparing yourself for 4 months youre okay! if it was only 3 id say youre making a big mistake. but it was 4, so youre good. i think 3 and a hallf months on mentally preparing yourself would have maybe been okay too but you did 4 and then waited 1 and a half months after so thats 5 and a half so youre good. maybe if you waited 6 youd be even more sure.

I knew you were going to say something stupid. When I saw your name as the last poster I knew I was in for it! I just can't keep the womens off me!

You're doing the right thing. Get into a relationship right away... who cares if they say it's love on the rebound. It's the best way to get over a broken relationship.

Bullshit. One year isn't really enough time to get super-attached in my opinion. Especially if the relationship was dead in the water months ago. Can you think about your ex without a pang in your stomach? Do you know why the relationship really ended? Have you realized how to avoid that or how to fix the issues you had, if any? If your answers are "yes," you're good to go. And if you're not, who cares? You only live once. You'll know if it was the right choice soon enough.

a month and a half is a long ******* time, I average -1 week between relationships.
