I tried on the suit again. I still have a huge issue with the shoulders... If I took it to a real professional tailor in miami, and adjusted the sleeve head, which looks to be the issue, would it fix the shoulders on the suit?

The shoulder on the right side, it just looks odd. It looks boxy.

Yep, you definitely have something going on there. It wasn't noticeable in your first post. Is that pre alterations?

Or would I have to get the shoulder completely altered?

Chances are that im going to probably use that suit separate as a blazer and pair it with some grey wool trousers.

UPDATES:

Prom suit is in the process of getting tailored. Looks MUCH better when he pinned it. He also pinned the trouser length, I asked for hem, don't cuff them. It has the one break and lays directly on the shoe without any billowing. Perfect. The suit jacket shape is going to be definitely more flattering, while not being too tight (just hugging). The modern tailor shirt is coming in soon.
