Professional Looking Cotton / Linen Suits

Where are some good places to look for dark colored cotton or linen suits (I'm find with blends) that would be appropriate to wear to work at a large law firm in Los Angeles? What are some good makers / lines of such suits, and how much should I be expecting to spend on them? I did not see discussion of cotton or linen suits in the other law firm attire threads, but my apologies if this has already been discussed.

How much were you thinking of spending? I like linen suits but I probably wouldn't wear one for work or formal occasions because they tend to crumple easy and begin to look tatty. The ones I've had have also been inclined to pull and snag on furniture. But when they're new they look banging with a straw hat and such.

My budget is somewhat low, as I will be a summer associate and have not built up much savings at this point (hooray student loans). I would say between $200 and $400 if possible. If linen is not recommended for work, would a cotton suit be more appropriate? I think with weather here (Los Angeles), it would be fine year round as long as it looks professional enough. I have never bought a cotton suit before, so I don't really know where to begin. If it is in the price range I can afford, the only two things I really care about are that it looks professional / conservative and that it isn't wool.
