PRL Fake Cashmere Sweater??

All,

I came across this PRL Cashmere sweater on eBay. It's supposedly NWT but the tags are white. I may be mistaken, but all the PRL cashmere sweaters I've come across have the standard blue tags. Is this a fake? Outlet sweater? Or just a different tag that PRL is using?
